The fourth season of the American animated television series Pan-Boy!, created by Aaron McCullough, aired on Cartoon Network in the United States. Season 4 began on July 27, 2015 with the episode "Growing Up", and ended on September 15, 2016 with "Are We There Yet?". This season consisted of 40 episodes.
This season had an average of 1.42 million viewers per episode in the United States, a decrease from the previous seasons, Season 1 (2.00), Season 2 (1.64), and Season 3 (1.93).
